All of my experiences with Advanced ENT have been positive. From the easy to navigate online check in, along with courteous and professional staff. Dr. Queen has good bedside approach. He is thorough. He listens and takes time to answer questions along with providing follow-up care. He came highly recommended and will definitely let others know of his ENT/Allergy expertise. Had a very pressing need for a screening, which wasnt anything critical per say but required a specialist to look at. Called around to a whole bunch of different ENTs, got an appointment due to someone else canceling. Was seen quickly, Dr was absolutely awesome, very thorough, quick, and thoughtful. I'm very grateful for this office and their staff!
