The service was Phenomenal, Dr Queen Listened, took his time and was Sweet & Kind & Gentle but also Professional; he asked loads of questions which I liked, figured out the situation & handled it with ease and made sure I got the proper items for my take home item... The nurse & front desk staff were calm, cool & kind 4 stars only because the wait in 2024 shouldnt be that long, there shouldnt be double booking and over 1 hr wait when an appt was made unless there was an emergency surgery or procedure being performed... DR.Queen is knowledgeable and personal. I had problems before I started seeing the Dr., now I do not.I followed his recommendations, and didn't even have any allergie issues last spring or this fall. Only issue is the wait time to see him, not un-common to wait a additional 30 to 60 minutes for your scheduled appointments, but I know it's because he will give you hus time to listen and inform you. So 5 stars all the way.

I had to wait another 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was getting ready to go check if I was actually checked in and then I was called. As soon as I got I thru the door the power went out. I assisted the nurse to keep on a lantern that wasn't working to proceed with my appointment. Timing was alot with the power out. Thank goodness I was only there for a shots follow up. It was an experience!

I can't rave enough about Dr. Queen and Nurse Practitioner Ms. Gibson. It's an outstanding ENT practice. Their nurses and technicians are also wonderful. I am asthmatic and was in distress this morning. Right away they treated me and gave me a 2 month supply of my asthma inhaler which costs $200 each. They also made an appointment with a pulmonologist for me for follow up.

I was really thankful to schedule a telehealth visit in the same day with the Nancy, the nurse practitioner. I was having terrible vertigo so there was no way I could drive to see her in person. She listens and always get me in right direction. She will get call monday from rite aid. They filled doxycycline mono. Probably has to do with humana not approving doxycycline hyclate. I am allergic to ingredients in the mono doyxicycline. Nancy sent in hyclate last time. Its expensive but i use goodrx. Rite aid will change to hyclate as soon as her approval gets back to them. This is my 3rd visit with Dr. Queen in about the last 6 months. This was just a follow-up appointment but I was very impressed with the "wait time" in the Reception Room this time. I was actually called in to the exam room just 10 minutes after my scheduled appt. The other two times, I have waited over an hour past my appt. time just to be taken back to the exam room. As far as Dr. Queen and staff, I have nothing but praise for all.

I am thoroughly happy with the attention that Dr. Queen give to the cause of my visit. I've had allergy and sinus problems for a very long time. I've seen other doctors for my allergies but none were also trained ENT doctors. My allergy testing was vastly more detailed than I have been used to. I'm so satisfied with the quality of care, that I've also set the rest of my family up as his patients. Dr. Queen is also very familiar with SCUBA diver's ear issues as he is a diver himself.

The medical part is fine, do not like to have to wait 45 minutes or longer to see doctor. The wait on my last appointment ( my first with this practice) was even longer. I understand the Doctor is busy but I don't understand why if you arrive 15 minutes late, you reschedule the patient but is fine for patient to have to wait much longer than that.

Although waiting is an issue and the appropriate parking lot is always in a jam, Dr. Queen gets the job done and questions are answered quickly. More has been accomplished in a few weeks than was accomplished over years of going to doctors on local military bases. They had labeled me w COPD or asthma, when it’s been chronic allergies all this time.
